Profile (/account/profile)

What It Is

Your profile page shows basic account info and supports profile updates, password changes, and account deletion.

Update Profile

You can update:

  • Display name (optional)
  • Company (optional; max 200 characters)

Change Password

You must provide:

  • Current password
  • New password (minimum 7 characters)
  • Confirm new password

Delete Account

Account deletion is permanent.

The UI requires your password and shows an extra confirmation prompt before submitting.

Settings (/account/settings)

What It Is

The Settings page currently exposes an account setting related to KB maintenance.

Note: this page requires the Admin role in the web app.

Maintain Knowledge Base with AI

The UI includes a checkbox:

  • Maintain Knowledge Base with AI

When enabled, AI-driven maintenance can suggest KB updates from sessions. When disabled, you can still edit the KB manually.

Troubleshooting

  • You cannot access /account/settings: your account does not have the Admin role.
